The most ideal properties for fire protection services are those greater than 2 acres with nearby neighboring structures set at least 25-50 feet away, creating enough space for the drones to operate safely. This setup allows for optimal application of fire retardant to form effective barriers between vegetation and structures. There are no upper limits on how big a property can be or how rough the terrain. In fact, the more rugged, the more efficient our services become.

Our fire retardants can remain effective for many months, depending on environmental factors, such as rain or moisture. The ideal time to apply our retardants is after rain has stopped for the season and well before wildfire season begins, ensuring optimal protection during the driest and most fire-prone months.

Our services start at $350 for less than 2 acres and run between 10-30/acre thereafter. Properties greater than 20 acres receive significant discounts. Pricing is dependent on location, proximity to other properties and obstacles for aircraft such as power lines, structures and trees.
